Plan your first visit
Visiting a church for the first time can feel like a big step. Here is what to expect so you can walk in feeling at ease.
When should I arrive?
Sunday School starts at 10:00 and worship at 11:00. Arriving about ten minutes early gives you time to park, find a seat, and say hello.
Where do I park?
Park in the church lot on Example Lane and come in the main front doors. A greeter will be there to welcome you.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in. You will see everything from Sunday best to jeans. God cares about your heart, not your clothes.
What about my kids?
Children are welcome in worship, and a staffed nursery is available for little ones. Our children's ministry has Sunday School classes for every age.
What is worship like?
Expect hymns and songs, Scripture, prayer, and a message from Pastor Jordan Example. The service lasts about an hour.
Will I be singled out?
Never. You are welcome to simply sit, listen, and see what Cedar Hollow is like. If you'd like, fill out a card and we will say hello.

What we believe
God's grace comes first. Before we ever look for God, God is already reaching for us. Grace draws us in, forgives us, and keeps growing us.
Jesus Christ is Lord. We believe He is the Son of God, who died for our sins and rose again, and that salvation is found in Him.
The Bible is our guide. Scripture is the inspired Word of God and the foundation for what we believe and how we live.
Faith shows up in how we live. Following Jesus means loving God and loving our neighbors, in worship, in prayer, and in service to our community.
We are part of something bigger. We share the historic faith of the Apostles' Creed with churches around the world.
